Ed moved to the Cape from Franklin, MA in 1968 and has been a homeowner in Yarmouth since 1969. He is a graduate of Cape Cod Community College and the University of Massachusetts. Ed and his wife Carol have a son and daughter who are graduates of Dennis Yarmouth High School and also reside on the Cape.
In 1979, Ed and Carol founded The Lawn Company, Inc., a lawn and tree care service company with just one customer. With the help of a great team of ninety employees working out of offices located in Dennis, Bourne and Weymouth, The Lawn Company was caring for the homes of 25,000 customers when Ed and Carol sold the company in 2002.
In 1965, while working in the home building industry, Ed obtained his Massachusetts Real Estate Brokers license. Ed has been involved in many commercial and residential real estate transactions on Cape Cod and has extensive knowledge of the market and it’s trends. In 2004, The McGuire Company Real Estate was formed with a commitment to servicing homeowners who are selling or buying homes on Cape Cod.

Colleen is a life long resident of Bourne, graduated from Bourne High School in 1981 and Stonehill College in North Easton, MA in 1985. She first obtained her Massachusetts Realtor’s license in 1997 when she and her husband, Dave, were selling their first home and building their second home in the village of Gray Gables. Colleen and Dave have been married since 1986 and they have one daughter and two sons attending Bourne High and Bourne Middle Schools.
She obtained her MA Real Estate Broker's license in 2005. The Broker's license is granted only to those individuals who successfully pass an exam after completing a 30 hour training course and working as a real estate salesperson for a minimum of one year. She also received the nationally recognized GRI designation in 2005 (Graduate of the REALTOR Institute). This exclusive designation is awarded only to real estate agents who have successfully completed a rigorous program of study and passed 6 different examinations.

Josh has been working as a Licensed Realtor since 2002. Josh specializes in both residential and commercial Real Estate.
